OUR AIM
KINETIC’s aim is to work with young people to develop their skills, knowledge and experiences and provide them with support to enable them to access services that they can benefit from and that can improve their lives.
OUR WHY
KINETIC understand the variety of challenges that young people face in today’s society. For those who may find themselves excluded from school, in, or at risk of being in the youth justice system, or struggling at home with family and relationships, we know we can help.

How We Achieve It?
Youth work methodologies have been proven to successfully support young people to fulfil their potential and go on to achieve success in their lives. KINETIC provide services that:
- Enable young people to develop skills and increase confidence to engage more positively in their own lives
- Support young people to bridge the gap between their needs and accessing services available to them to meet their needs
- Provide educational opportunities to increase knowledge and understanding to achieve things they wish to
When We Work With Young People
We work with young people whenever they need us, wherever they are. At home, at school, out and about, in court, in prison. We can help young people to identify what can help them, what they’ll enjoy and support them with the things they need to do.
